This work was inspired by images. Black and white images. We are surrounded by images. Images tell the story. I think in images and collect images, either through paintings or in the memory on my camera. This series of mixed media works is based on these digital images, transferred via gelli plate onto a canvas or paper, and then transformed into a piece that I hope conveys the energy and the space, and sometimes idea of the certain geographical location, like London, in this case. I hope to induce a strong sensorial response in the viewer. I hope it is something you want to look at and see more every time.
